The Fredericton Royals Baseball Association is proud to announce a new Baseball Development Partnership with Triple Crown Baseball Academy (TCBA), creating a year-round training home for Royals players and teams.
Beginning in May 2026, Triple Crown Baseball Academy will become the official training and development facility partner of the Fredericton Royals, marking an exciting new chapter for baseball development in our community.
This partnership provides Royals players and teams access to a state-of-the-art training environment, designed to support player growth, skill development, and team preparation throughout the year.
A New Home for Royals Baseball
As part of this partnership, Triple Crown Baseball Academy will serve as the new home office for Royals Baseball, creating a centralized hub for player development, coaching collaboration, and program operations.
The facility will offer Royals teams access to:
• Professional indoor training space
• Dedicated coaching and meeting rooms
• Advanced player development technology
• Structured team training opportunities
With the addition of TCBA, Royals Baseball will now have a consistent, high-quality indoor training location to support players from the earliest stages of the game through high-performance competition.
Scheduled Training for Every Royals Team
A key component of the partnership is the integration of scheduled training sessions for all Royals teams, ensuring players across all levels benefit from structured development opportunities.
Training access will include:
Competitive Teams
• Scheduled training sessions once per week
Recreation Teams
• Scheduled training sessions once every two weeks
This ensures players from Grand Slam (7U) through the Senior Royals program will have opportunities to train throughout the year in a professional development environment.
Building the Future of Royals Baseball
Triple Crown Baseball Academy has deep roots within the Royals baseball community, with a shared commitment to developing young players and growing the game in Fredericton.
The academy features a state-of-the-art indoor training facility equipped with modern player development tools and technology, providing athletes with resources rarely available in Atlantic Canada.
Royals players and coaches will benefit from access to:
• Advanced hitting and pitching development tools
• Video and data-driven training systems
• Professional coaching environments
• Year-round training opportunities
Together, the Royals and TCBA aim to create a stronger player development system for athletes at every level of the game.
