The winter months haven’t slowed down baseball in Fredericton! The Royals’ Winter Development Camps, led by Matt Stairs, are in full swing. Players have been working hard on mechanics, teamwork, and baseball IQ while enjoying fun, interactive drills. “It’s incredible to see the kids’ passion and growth,” said Stairs. “They’re putting in the work now to see results come spring.” The camps are just one example of the Royals’ year-round commitment to player development across all age groups.
